My name is Rachel Swann and I work with women like you to shake off the shackles of serial dieting, body loathing and emotional eating and to step into a new paradigm of self appreciation and self care.
By shifting your emphasis from punishing yourself to supporting yourself I can take you from self loathing, exhaustion and overwhelm to eating well, moving your body and loving life in a short space of time.
I've supported women, who won't go to the hairdressers because they can't bear to look at themselves in the mirror, to feel confident enough to get in that chair and spruce up their look. I've helped working mums create time for exercise and self care, without dropping any of the balls they're currently juggling and I've helped women get out of the cycle of secretly eating the leftovers after everyone's left the kitchen.
I've helped single mums eat better, include their kids in the cooking and reduce their shopping bills as well as helping female entrepreneurs get more sleep - even when they've needed to work late into the evening.
In fact, I've worked with women all over the world to support them in leaving food and body shame behind and creating a more fulfilled life. And over the past 7 years I've been featured in Families magazine, in the Yorkshire Evening Post and as a regular contributor on BBC radio.

I know that you'll have some doubts about whether this is right for you. Even though you're here because you know that you can't continue the way you have been going, you're going to have some niggles - it's normal.
