I have tried ALL the diets in the past and never really understood why they didn’t work for me. I wanted something that would really change my eating habits for life.
This course with Rachel’s support encouraged me to examine my relationship with food and why I had formed some of the habits that I most wanted to change.
It was really like a switch flipped. I am learning more and more to listen to my body and sometimes if it says I would like cake – that is ok – to go ahead and enjoy it.
This feeling of control over my food choices is so freeing. I now meal plan which has overcome some of my blocks that had me reaching for the takeaway menu (even if I didn’t really want it) instead of cooking.
I thoroughly recommend this course and look forward to further working with Rachel in The Nest.
