losing weight!

After all the diets you've been on, if dieting was going to 'work' don't you think it would have done by now?
The fact is, dieting is simply starvation by another name. Yep, your body thinks you're starving it because you're not giving it enough calories to function each day and as a result goes into preservation mode, trying to do everything it can to stop you starving to death, eventually resulting in weight gain and permanent damage to your metabolism.

You have to make peace with where you're at now and start to get back to some semblance of normality with food.
You're never going to get back to your 18 year old size and stay there.
OUCH!
Ok, I could blow smoke up your arse and pretend you will with my 'system' but I've got more integrity than that.
