Embrace food and body freedom and step into the life you deserve.
Eat well ~ Move Well ~ Live Well
I get it, you've been on more diets than you can count on fingers and toes, you seem to turn to food when you're tired, hungry, stressed or you just need a little pep up. You're busy running a home, working part time or full time, you're juggling lots of responsibilities to your family, your boss, your team and you're desperately trying not to drop any of the balls.
You know that there's more to life than this, you feel like it's passing you by or even happening to you and you desperately want to find some time to do something for yourself but you just don't have the energy. You want to stop reaching for the takeaway menu and convenience foods when you're busy, end that love hate relationship with chocolate that you have and maybe manage to cut down on your wine consumption.
You keep thinking maybe life will be better when… you’ve lost that extra stone, your kids have moved out, you’ve got that promotion, once you just get through this busy period at work / home or you’ve got a bit more money but the reality is that life is made up of these busy periods and you need to learn how to do the juggle and make that life a reality in the here and now.
It isn't as much of an unrealistic dream as you think. Within a month, we could work together to put some small tweaks in place that would create a massive impact on your life. We'll flip everything you thought you knew about food, body and life on it's head so that you can:
How can I help you?
My name is Rachel Swann and I work with women like you to shake off the shackles of serial dieting, body loathing and emotional eating and to step into a new paradigm of self appreciation and self care.
By shifting your emphasis from punishing yourself to supporting yourself I can take you from self loathing, exhaustion and overwhelm to eating well, moving your body and loving life in a short space of time.
I've supported women, who won't go to the hairdressers because they can't bear to look at themselves in the mirror, to feel confident enough to get in that chair and spruce up their look. I've helped working mums create time for exercise and self care, without dropping any of the balls they're currently juggling and I've helped women get out of the cycle of secretly eating the leftovers after everyone's left the kitchen.
I've helped single mums eat better, include their kids in the cooking and reduce their shopping bills as well as helping female entrepreneurs get more sleep - even when they've needed to work late into the evening.
In fact, I've worked with women all over the world to support them in leaving food and body shame behind and creating a more fulfilled life. And over the past 7 years I've been featured in Families magazine, in the Yorkshire Evening Post and as a regular contributor on BBC radio.
With me on your team, you'll find that emotional eating and body loathing soon become a thing of the past and you'll feel happier, more confident and more in control of your life. I'll be your fairy godmother and constant cheerleader!
How will it work?
When we work one on one you will have:
What kind of therapies and tools might we use over the month
I'd love to be able to work with everybody who needs my help but because of the nature of the support I like to give my clients I can only take on six 1-2-1 clients at any one time.

However, the most important investment is your time and your commitment. Are you ready?
Rachel has a gift for listening attentively and making you feel heard and then getting to the core of the issue very quickly. She has enabled me to see things much more clearly and has made me feel more powerful and in control as she always reminds me that I have a choice in any situation.
Rachel helped me to realise that taking care of ME was very important and it would lead to me being better able to take care of my family.
I've realised that by doing little things just for me, leads to my feeling good about myself and then sets up a positive chain of thoughts and actions.
I really enjoyed working with Rachel. Her approach is authentic and practical but also inspirational. I would recommend Rachel to anyone. She will show you a better way to live, which will ultimately lead to a happier outlook on your life. Leila, London
I've found working with Rachel hugely rewarding. She continues to make committed effort to find strategies that work for me and to get to know my issues better. Rachel has a huge number of practical techniques that are easy to remember and use and I have been hugely impressed by the results. I continue to use these myself and to try and adopt her measured approach to view things more clearly: these continue to provide me with a happier, calmer and more confident approach to life. I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel's skills and can't praise her highly enough. Emily, London
I thought I knew myself pretty well and what my issues were but by working with Rachel I found that things I thought were insignificant were having a huge impact on my life. Working with Rachel has been a really great investment on a personal level." Kirsty, Leeds
I know that you'll have some doubts about whether this is right for you. Even though you're here because you know that you can't continue the way you have been going, you're going to have some niggles - it's normal.
You're probably worried about whether this is another thing that you're gonna fail at, you've been here so many times before and nothing has worked, long term. This is not like anything you've done before, if you are prepared to come with an open mind and a willingness to give it a go then you're gonna be fine. You will be amazed at the way your life will open up as a result of the work we do together.
Will it take up a lot of your time? Life is all about priorities. Can you afford to spend 45 minutes with me a week in order to create more time and space in your life? Maybe you'll need to spend less time on social media or give up a bit of TV time but are you worth it? I think so. The idea of the work we do is to create more time and more freedom in your life in the long run.
Is the financial investment worrying you? When you lay out money on yourself it's bound to be something you have to weigh up. But just like time, where you spend your money is about priorities. If you work out how much you've spent on diets that never worked, clothes that don't fit and takeaways to make you feel better, is this such a huge investment? How much is your happiness worth?

You've arrived here for a reason. Somewhere, deep down inside, you know that you need some help and you want so badly to take that first step. I want to help you to do that. If you're ready to have more time and energy, to stop using food to make you feel better and really go out and start living your life full out, then I'm ready to be your cheerleader.
LET'S DO THIS!
I'd like to say a big thank-you to sweet Rachel Swann.
Yesterday morning I had a 30-minute coaching call with her, to work on issues arising from the Beautiful Swans programme. We actually uncovered something pretty mahoosive relating to why I have weight issues, and she skillfully helped me to put this into context and gave me a few pointers on next steps.
I've battled quietly with an eating disorder for over 30 years. In one 30-minute session, Rachel managed to answer a few questions I didn't even know I had ... and with knowledge, comes power and freedom. Thank you so much, Rachel, for your support, gentle nature and compassion; you are a fabulous coach and hypnotherapist... thank you! x Callie C, London
