✔️I could sit here and tell you that all you need to be happy is a smaller jeans size and a better diet.
✔️I could tell you that all you need to solve all your problems is to eat less and move more.
✔️I could give you a meal plan, tell you to stick to it and that all your troubles will be over.
❌BUT do you know what? It won’t work.
😞I know there’s people out there that tell you it will and they’re not trying to lie to you, it’s just that to get the results, they rely on you ignoring the reality that you’re living in and focusing solely on restricting what you put in your mouth and ignoring your feelings, your needs and your mental health.
🙊And I can’t, in good conscience, be a part of that because I know that a big part of why you’re in this situation now is because you have been ignoring your feelings and your needs for far too long.
I don’t want you to fail any more. And I get it, that fear of failure is based on past experience, it’s based on all those times when you thought you were doing well and then the s**t hit the fan and you got derailed.
And I understand that the support you thought was there, simply wasn’t. The person guiding you blamed you and your inability to stick to the plan.
But it wasn’t your fault. We’re not designed to stick to the plan.
I’m not here to sugar coat things for you, if you’ve got to this point and you’ve been dieting for years, you swing from binge to deprivation, you rely on food to make you feel better and you really don’t feel great about your body and I know you’re probably not happy. But I don’t want you to feel that your only hope is yet another diet. Because getting ‘in control’ around food is NOT about deprivation.
Do you know what I DO want for you?
💜 I want you to learn to be kind to yourself.
💜 I want you to learn to advocate for yourself.
💜 I want you to learn to love yourself.
💜 I want you to learn to believe in how wonderful, amazing, beautiful and worthy you are.
💜 and most of all I want you to learn to control your food intake INTUITIVELY
And I know that that scares the hell out of you.👻 Because it might mean unlearning so much you thought you knew about yourself and getting to know yourself all over again.
It might mean looking at your relationships, your past and your beliefs and your behaviours and making some scary changes but it will SET. YOU. FREE.
💜 Free from the hold food has over you.
💜 Free from the fear of what other people think of you.
💜 Free to be the person you really want to be.
This isn’t about me promise you something vague that you’ll never achieve. If you’ve ever met me, heard me speak or worked with me you’ll know that isn’t me.
I know that it might seem scary to invest time and money in yourself but I promise you, that if you work with me I’ve got your back, I’m here for you, each and EVERY day.

So you see, I’m not just here once a week to take your money and see you as a statistic. And I promise not to humiliate you, treat you like a child or blame you for your setbacks.
This stuff really matters to me. I read the studies, look at the evidence and I know, weight loss and body image is big business but most of the solutions that are out there are based on short term gains not long term solutions.
⚠️So, it’s time to make a decision. Are you committed to making a REAL change or are you prepared to keep failing over and over and over again?
⚠️Do you want to learn to feel in control around food, to have a better relationship with your body, to feel good about yourself and to finally feel free? Or do you simply want to stay stuck using food to change the way you feel about yourself?
