I talk to women regularly who don’t think they’re good enough.
These are women who are in highly qualified jobs or running their own businesses and they are also running a home.
No matter how good they are at any given thing they all have their gremlins sitting in their heads or on their shoulder, telling them they are not good enough, pretty enough, slim enough or qualified enough.
I’m exploring this in today’s video and telling you a little story of my own about gremlins as well as passing on one of the best pieces of advice I have ever been given.
Have a watch and then tell me what you think in the comments below.
Much love

Well done Rachel, a very pertinent reminder of the fears we all carry on our shoulders.I think the gremlins are actually fear of change. Once we acknowledge that we have not changed, and are the confident, skilled and talented person we have always been, we immediately relax and teach or deliver the familiar service or content impeccably and with confidence.
I sometimes worry if I have ‘lost my touch’ if I have not delivered a specific service for a while.Good preparation/ planning or rehearsal soon brings back my confidence and I seem to go on autopilot once the customer arrives. With no thought to the gremlins who may have been challenging me or putting doubts in my mind
Great video Rachel. This message needs repeating again – and again – and again. Undoing the years of “not good enough” is an act of patience and courage. To step off the old path and forge a new one. So gla dyou’re doing this work.
Thank you, Tilla.
