When you've been battling with emotional eating and yo-yo dieting for years it can feel like you'll never be able to have a 'normal' relationship with food again.
If you are a snack grabber when times get tough then you are not alone. Food can become your friend, confidant, crutch and sanctuary and I totally get it. I get that no diet is going to fix this bad boy because you can only stick to it up until the point that you need that extra support from food in your world.
Understanding Emotional Eating is a 3 step, online course, delivered in bite sized pieces, where I will help you identify your emotional eating habits, teach you alternative coping strategies for the difficult times and introduce you to techniques that allow you to begin to separate your eating from your emotions.
